During calm, foggy weather the administration announces an NMU regime. Enterprises of the Eastern Industrial Zone reduce emissions, and road works with bitumen stop. Parents are advised to keep small children indoors on NMU days. The current status is shown on the right of every page.

The heating season began on 10 October 2026. Heat for the mains comes from the Nurzhan Heat and Power Plant. Residents of the Mikrorayon Estates with cold radiators should contact their management company first, then the city dispatch service 0-58.

Because of repairs to the contact network on Vokzal Square, trolleybus route 3 runs to the railway station by the temporary loop on Zavodskaya street until 15 November.

The city council approved the programme for the repair of courtyards in the Dastgoh and Navbahor districts for 2027 and heard the report of Nurzhan Vodokanal on the summer water supply.

The Head of the Administration V. I. Shcherbakov congratulated the veterans of labour of the city at the Palace of Metallurgists. 120 food parcels were handed out with the Pensioners' Council.

Pressure testing of the heating mains is complete. 14 breaks were found and repaired in the Central District and the Mikrorayon Estates.
